MI.FUTBOL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Mi.Futbol platform, a social network dedicated to soccer fans, which includes features for sharing results, statistics, videos and more. By accessing Mi.Futbol or using any of its services, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to these terms, you should refrain from using the platform. Mi.Futbol reserves the right to modify the terms at any time, and it will be the responsibility of the user to periodically review this document to be aware of the changes.

2. Definitions

The terms used in this document shall have the following meanings:

Platform: Refers to the website, mobile application and any other digital interface of Mi.Futbol.

- User: Any person accessing the platform and using the services, whether registered or not.

You must notify Mi.Futbol immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Conditions of Use of the Services

The user agrees to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with the law. Misuse of the Services is prohibited and includes, but is not limited to:

(a) Posting offensive, inappropriate, discriminatory, defamatory or illegal content.

c) Interfering with the operation of the platform, including the distribution of viruses, DDoS attacks or any other type of malicious activity.

d) Attempting to access other users' accounts without authorization.

e) Misuse any service or tool, including scouting and judging services.

5. Intellectual Property

Mi.Futbol and its service providers own all intellectual property rights to the platform and its content. This includes, but is not limited to: text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and videos.

Use of Mi.Futbol materials without express written permission is strictly prohibited. No copying, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works of any content provided through the platform is permitted, except with permission.

6. User Generated Content

The user is responsible for all content posted, shared or uploaded on the platform, including text, images, videos, audio and other materials. By posting content on Mi.Futbol, the user grants Mi.Futbol a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works and distribute such content in any medium or format.

Mi.Futbol reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate. However, it assumes no responsibility for the supervision or monitoring of such content, except as provided by law.

7. Advertising and Third Party Links

Mi.Futbol may include advertisements on the platform and provide links to third-party websites or services. These advertisements or links are provided for informational purposes only, and Mi.Futbol does not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety or accuracy of the products or services offered by such third parties. The user is responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third party site before interacting with them.

8. Privacy Policy and Data Protection

Mi.Futbol is committed to protecting the privacy of users. The collection and processing of personal data is done in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms, the user consents to the use of their personal data in accordance with the provisions of that policy.

The user has the right to access, rectify, delete and limit the processing of their personal data, in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Mi.Futbol will take all necessary measures to protect the security of the data, but is not responsible for possible security breaches beyond its reasonable control.

9. Premium Services and Payments

Mi.Futbol offers certain advanced or premium services that are subject to payment. The prices and features of these services will be clearly specified at the time of purchase.

The user is responsible for all charges generated through their account. All payments made to Mi.Futbol are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or in specific cases deemed exceptional by Mi.Futbol.

Mi.Futbol reserves the right to change rates and services at any time. However, price changes will not affect the services already purchased by the user.

10. Limitation of Liability

Mi.Futbol provides the platform as is, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Mi.Futbol does not warrant that the services will be available uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

In no event shall Mi.Futbol be liable for:

(a) Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

b) Loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

c) Any content posted by users or other third parties on the platform.

d) Damage caused by viruses, cyber attacks or other harmful elements.

e) Any liability that exceeds the amount paid by the user to Mi.Futbol in the six months prior to the event that gave rise to the claim.

11. Modifications to the Terms and Services

Mi.Futbol reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes either by a notice on the platform or by other means of communication. Continued use of the platform following the posting of changes will constitute acceptance of the changes.

12. Suspension or Termination of Account

The user may request cancellation of his account at any time, but will not be entitled to refunds for services paid for.
